I am only interested in working with people with the following:
• html/PHP skills
• must have a fansite (or had one that I knew about)
• must be able to regularly find news and pictures of Keira
• must be able to make layouts, graphics, icons, wallpapers, etc.
• must be able to make screencaps from movies and clips
• must be able to update at least twice a week
• videomaking skills and image accounts would be a bonus
