Elisabeth Moss has revealed that she was pleased to work alongside Keira Knightley in a theatre production of Lillian Hellman’s play “The Children’s Hour”. The “Mad Men” actress described Knightley as “hot and very talented”, adding that they get on very well. She told E! Online: “I am doing a play in London called The Children’s Hour with Keira Knightley. She is lovely, lovely. I have lucked-out. She is wonderful. She is hot and very talented!” Moss also explained that the 25-year-old is completely down to earth. She added: “We totally do hang out when we are not working. We get along really swimmingly. She is amazing, she is just like a normal girl. She is very cool.”

The group showed off their vocal skills on tracks such as Queen’s “Don’t Stop Me Now” and Bon Jovi’s “Livin’ On A Prayer” while drinking Cosmopolitan cocktails at the Lucky Voice karaoke bar, according to Britain’s The Sun. A source tells the newspaper, “It was a pretty raucous affair. The girls went really crazy for Cosmopolitans. They weren’t holding back at all. “There were about 12 people in the group, but no diva-like antics. They all got stuck in (involved).”

Keira Knightley jumped at the chance to star in new movie “Never Let Me Go” when she realised she would have the chance to work with her close friend Carey Mulligan. The British actresses met when they played sisters in the 2005 re-telling of Jane Austen’s classic love story “Pride & Prejudice” and have remained close ever since. They teamed up again in 2009 to shoot a big screen adaptation of Kazuo Ishiguro’s haunting novel, which tells the story of friends at an English boarding school who share a tragic secret, and the film has been tipped for awards season success. And Knightley admits she took the role in the drama after learning she’d be onscreen with Mulligan once again. I didn’t, and they still didn’t leave me alone. “I knew it was part of the deal in the life I had signed up to, but the fear of it has never left me. I’m still not good at being recognised. I wear scruffy clothes and hats and keep my head well down. I’m sure people must think I’m a complete b**ch, but I’m just very shy.” And Knightley is convinced she has riled gossip columnists over the years by failing to provide them with any scandal, adding, “I was so young when it started. I was involved in Pirates from the age of 17 until 21. At that time people couldn’t get enough of people falling out of nightclubs with their knickers showing and I wasn’t giving them that – and I think it infuriated them.”

Keira’s father Will Knightley told The Sun newspaper: “Yes, they have broken up. But that’s the way things go, unfortunately. I’ve spoken to her recently. The only option is to get on with things. “They were together for quite a long time and it is always hard breaking up. She’s focused on her work.” Keira, 25, met 29-year-old Rupert on the set of 2005 movie “Pride and Prejudice” but sources claim Rupert started to find it difficult as his girlfriend became more famous and successful. A friend said: “Rupert hates the idea of being followed or photographed. Keira partially had to accept it because of her rising profile. “It affected the harmony in the relationship. The pressure on such private people took its toll and both decided they should go their separate ways. They will remain life-long friends.” In 2009, Keira hinted her relationship with Rupert was on the rocks as she starred in the West End show “The Misanthrope” where she portrayed 22-year-old movie star Jennifer. Speaking of the character, she said: “Do I recognise being an extremely well-known young actress? Yes. And she’s in the middle of a world full of people who are quite a bit older than her. The star filed financial documents for her company Ponder Rights that list the US as her principal country of residence. The actress also recently bought a country home in France because she was “bored” of living in London, according to The Daily Telegraph. The filmmaker takes charge of the coming-of-age tale, adapted from the book by Kazuo Ishiguro, which tells the tale of three students whose world falls apart when they leave their boarding school. The trio is played by Knightley, Carey Mulligan and Andrew Garfield, and Romanek insists it was almost impossible to make the Pirates of the Caribbean beauty appear plain. He tells Britain’s Daily Express, “It was difficult. She was eager and happy to do it because the role called for it. But even at her worst, Keira still looks astonishing.”

A man arrested on suspicion of harassing actress Keira Knightley has walked free from court – the case has been dropped because the star was unable to give evidence. Marek Daniluk was taken into custody in February after the “Pirates of the Caribbean” star told police she felt threatened by his regular presence outside London’s Comedy Theatre, where she had been performing in “The Misanthrope”. He appeared at City of Westminster Magistrates’ Court earlier this year , where he pleaded not guilty to harassment. On June 04, Daniluk was told the case was finished and he was allowed to walk free. Knightley was reportedly given several possible dates to appear in court to testify, but was unavailable on each occasion, according to the Crown Prosecution Service.
